Additional Resources for Patients

Currently, Dr. Drelichman sees patients in our Southfield clinic all day Monday and Wednesday afternoons.  He sees patients at our Novi office in the afternoons on the first and third Tuesdays of the month.  The rest of the week the medical staff is here to take your phone calls and meet your health care needs.  Dr. Drelichman does endoscopy on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings and major surgery on Thursday and Friday’s.  We understand emergencies may arise where you may need to be seen in our clinic other than our scheduled days.  We attempt to work our patients in, when Dr. Drelichman is available, for those urgent situations.

APPOINTMENTS:

• To make a clinic appointment, please call 248-849-6030. 
• To schedule a colonoscopy call 248-849-ENDO (3636).
• For a new patient appointment, please print and fill out the packet above.  You can email the completed packet to GISurgery@stjohn.org  – or you are welcome to bring it with you to your appointment.
• If, for some reason, you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us within 24 hours so that we can accommodate another patient.
• Please present your insurance card(s), picture identification, written referrals and/or authorizations at each appointment.

INSURANCE COVERAGE:

• Please understand that it is your responsibility to know the special terms, deductibles, and/or co-payments of your insurance coverage.  Above is a complete list of insurances St. John Providence accepts at this time.  It is important, though, to check that your insurance contract allows you to see Dr. Drelichman – since insurance contracts do change.
• If your insurance requires you to have a written referral or authorization, it is your responsibility to obtain it PRIOR to your appointment.  If you do not have the referral, you may need to reschedule your appointment or be responsible for the office visit charges.
• Insurance co-payments and office visit fees will be collected on the date of service.  For your convenience we accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and cash.
